I am continually monitoring updates from local and national health organizations, and adjusting protocols as part of my daily routine now.
For Buyers, showings are by appointment only, and to qualified purchasers who have viewed the property online. All COVID protocols must be followed, including wearing masks and gloves.
For Sellers, all meetings are conducted virtually, except for necessary property visits. Documents are signed digitally. Photographers, and other professionals who enter your home will also need to abide by COVID protocols.
